Action of Ingredients used in Haslab HC 18 (Ledum Complex)
Ledum 3x: Gouty pains shoot all through the foot and limb, and in joints. Ankles swollen. Soles painful, can hardly step on them, Cracking in joints; worse, warmth of bed.   
Colchicum 3x: Tearing in limbs during warm weather, stinging during cold, Tingling in the finger nails. Knees strike together, can hardly walk.  
Bryonia 3x: Knees stiff and painful. Hot swelling of feet. Joints red, swollen, hot, with stitches and tearing 
Gnaphalium 3x: Cramps in calves of legs and feet when in bed. Pain in joints as if they lacked oil. 
Directions of use of Haslab HC 18 (Ledum Complex)
Adult: 2 tablets
Children 1 tablet 3 to 4 times daily.
