Urticaria, hives, herpes,fissures cracks.
Eczema both dry and wet.
Scaling and Dryness of skin.
Composition
Calc Fluor 3x: Marked whiteness of skin. Chaps and cracks. Fissures or cracks in the palms of the hands, or hard skin.
Calc Sulph 3x: Cuts, wounds, bruises, etc, unhealthy, discharging pus; they do not heal readily. Yellow, purulent crusts or discharge. Purulent exudations in or upon the skin. Skin affections with yellowish scabs. Dry eczema in children.
Kali Sulph 3x: The skin is often cold. Dry skin; inactivity of skin. Dry, burning skin. Eruptions, blisters, burning, dry, moist; eczema with yellowish green, watery, discharge. Scabby eruptions. Scabby after scratching. Scaly eruptions on a moist base. 
Nat Sulph 3x:  Itching while undressing. Jaundiced, watery blisters.  Wart-like red lumps all over body. 
Arsenic alb 30c: Itching, burning, swellings; eruption, papular, dry, rough, scaly; worse cold and scratching. Urticaria, with burning and restlessness. Psoriasis. Icy coldness of body.
Rhus tox 30c: Red, swollen; itching intense. Vesicles, urticaria; vesicular suppurative forms. Burning eczematous eruptions with tendency to scale formation.
Sulph Iod 3x: Itching on ears, nose, and in urethra. Papular eruption on face. Cold-sores on lips. Boils on neck.
Kali Ars 30c: Intolerable itching, worse undressing. DRY, scaly, wilted. Acne; pustules worse during menses. Chronic eczema; itching worse from warmth, walking, undressing.Psoriasis, lichen. Fissures in bends of arms and knees.
Dosage
Dry eczema – 1 tablet twice daily
Wet eczema- 1 tablet once daily
Infantile eczema – 1 tablet dissolved in one teaspoonful of water, every alternate day
Nappy Rash- 1 tablet once daily or prescribed by the physician.
