Enlargement of Thyroid Gland, Difficulty in Swallowing, Cough, Dyspnoea
Action of Ingredients used in Haslab BICO 48 
Calc Phos 3x: Patients who have a tendancy to glandular and bone diseases, in teenagers who have less height, problems that arise due to inappropriate intake of calcium, milk or diet can be benefited after taking Calcarea phos.
Calc Fluorica 3x: It has swelling with stony hardness of affected parts (mammae, glands, bones,etc) small noudles in the neck region, Goitre.
Natrum Muriaticum 3x: It acts as a regulator of the transport and distribution of the body fluids.  
Natrum Phosphoricum 3x: If you suffer from excess uric acid, such as gout, joint pain, arthritis stiffness, swelling. 
Silicea 3x: Hardness and Induration ( swellings) of glands with suppuration (pus formation).
Directions of use of Haslab BICO 48 
4 tablets, with lukewarm water 3 to 4 times a day.
