Kali Phosphoricum 3x: Humming and buzzing in the ears.  
Kali Sulphuricum 3x: Discharge of yellow matter  
Silicea 3x: Sensitive to noise. Roaring in ears.  
Natrum Sulphuricum 3x: Sticking pain, earache, lightning-like stitches

4 tablets, with lukewarm water 3 to 4 times a day.
