Coughlex Syrup
Indications of Coughlex Syrup:
An efficient cough syrup indicated for:
Upper respiratory tract infections.
Unproductive cough.
Acute and chronic bronchitis.
Dry choking cough with hoarseness of voice.
Dyspnoea.
Pain in chest.
Restlessness.
Composition of Coughlex Syrup:
Ipecacuanha 1x: Constant constriction in chest. Breathlessness. Yearly attacks of difficult shortness of breathing. Continued sneezing; coryza; wheezing cough. Cough incessant and violent, with every breath.    
Bryonia alba 1x: Dry, hacking cough from irritation, Cough, dry, at night; must sit up; worse after eating or drinking, with vomiting, with stitches in chest, and expectoration of rust-colored sputa. 
Mephitis 1x:  Cough from talking; hollow, deep, with rawness, hoarseness, and pains through chest. 
Kali Iodatum 3x: Red, swollen. Tip of nose red; profuse, acrid, hot, watery, thin discharge. Sneezing. Nasal catarrh, involving frontal sinus. Stuffiness and dryness of nose, without discharge. 
Belladonna 1x: Drying in nose, fauces, larynx, and trachea. Tickling, short, dry cough; worse at night. Larynx feels sore. Respiration oppressed, quick, unequal. 
Ephedra 3x: Has an action on heart and cough associated with cough problems.
Zingiber 1x:  Hoarseness, breathing difficult. Scratching sensation in throat; stitches in chest. Cough dry, hacking; copious morning sputa. 
Justicia adhathoda 1x: Dry cough from the sternal region extending all over the chest. 
Mentha piperita 1x:  Throat dry and sore, Dry cough worse from air.
Allium Cepa 1x:  Hacking cough on inspiring cold air. Tickling in larynx. Sensation as if larynx is split or torn. Oppressed breathing 
Dosage/Directions for use of Coughlex Syrup:
Adults: 1 teaspoonful three times a day.
Children: 1/2 teaspoon three times a day.
