Indication
Homoeopathic Formula ‘P’ Tablets is a combination of several clinically tried potentiating homoeopathic medicines which give relief in problems of Prostate, thereby avoiding unnecessary surgery. The medicines, in micro-doses, promote normal functioning of gland without side effects. It is used for painful or frequent urination.
Composition
 Chimaphila umb. 3x: Great urge to urinate. Straining necessary to commence urination. Urine feels hot when passed. 
Clematis erec. 3x: Urine flows by fits, starts or dribbles, strains out a few drops, then full stream flows. Burning in urethra during urination. Last drop causes violent burning. 
Conium mac. 5x: After urinating, spasmodic pain in bladder, Dribbling urination in old men. 
Ferrum picricum 6x: Frequent micturition at night, with full feeling and pressure in rectum. Smarting at neck of bladder and penis. Retention of urine. 
Pareira brava 2x: Retention of urine due to prostate enlargement. 
Populus tremuloides 3x: Severe tenesmus; painful scalding. Urine contains mucus and pus. Prostate enlarged. Pain behind pubis, at end of urination. 
Pulsatilla nig. 3x: Burning in orifice of urethra during and after micturition. Involuntary micturition at night, After urinating, pain in bladder. 
Sabal serrulata 2x: Burning in the urethra while passing urine and difficulty in passing urine. Recent or chronic enlargements. Sensation of coldness from the prostate gland to genitals. 
Dosage
 1 tablet, four times a day.
